Trip Horlock is an Associate at Pohl Jensen, where he focuses on third-party tenant and landlord representation, along with entitlements, infrastructure coordination, acquisitions, and dispositions for the firm’s internal portfolio.
 

Prior to joining Pohl Jensen, Trip was with Segovia Partners in Dallas, a national retail brokerage firm. There, he gained experience representing tenants such as Barnes & Noble, Ulta Beauty, Reformed Pilates, Mavis Tires, Cool Heads Salon for Men, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, Dix Café, and Nooma Studios. On the landlord side, he worked with groups including Albert Enterprises and Washington Prime Group.
 

Trip brings a strong foundation in market research, site selection, and lease/PSA negotiations, and is known for his work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships.
