It was so great working with Christine So to buy my home. She really listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me! She was patient, available, and professional helping me search for listings and visit homes. I appreciated that she helped me consider essential aspects and details. Christine is also helping me prepare my current home to list. She has guided me through the process, step-by-step, with knowledge and great patience! I definitely recommend working with Christine!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Christine So through our entire sale process. Her knowledge and experience provided a stable and reassuring foundation for us as we were first-time sellers. It was clear from the beginning that her interest was not in getting a sale but taking care of us as her client first and foremost. Christine was very patient and met all of our needs without being too pushy or rushed. At the same time, she was very helpful in making suggestions or providing direction when needed. Her attention to detail and dedication went well beyond our expectations as she made several solo trips to our house to meet with inspectors, contractors and even to provide maintenance. Christine's professionalism and courtesy was present throughout the entire process and made the entire experience very smooth and easy. She also helped us get into a rental property after the sale with the same attention to detail and patience. When the time comes for us to look into buying another house, we definitely will not hesitate to call Christine to represent us! Thanks, Christine!

Christine approached things very enthusiastically, and she didn't like to leave something half done. She couldn't concentrate on something else until the first thing was finished. Christine was responsible throughout the entire process, and I am satisfied with all her hard work. She was very friendly and great to work with. Thank you somuch, Christine.

My family purchased our first home with Christine So's help and we couldn't have been happier with the job she did. Throughout the entire process she was patient, professional, understanding and trustworthy. She took our complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every dumb question. She's very knowledgeable of the area and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect resale value. She connected with my family instantly, especially with my two years old girl. After moving, my daughter even asked me why Christine does not come to see her and live with us. :) Without Christine's help I would not be currently living in my dream house. I highly recommend Christine So and Realty Austin to anybody.

Christine is amazing. She is both diligent and dedicated, and she was on top of the sale process of our property. From start to finish, Christine prepared our home to look exquisitely presentable, ensured the home was completely cleaned for the new buyers prior to their move in, and packaging and mailing to us any remaining items belonging to us left in the home. Her responsiveness and efficiency were two of my favorite aspects of working with Christine on our sale. While home buying or selling is generally stressful, it was so nice to know that someone like Christine was watching over our interests!

We were new to the area and were a little overwhelmed about selecting an area as well as a home. Christine really listened to the things we were looking for and helped us find just the right house! We felt confident in the purchase as she was very realistic with us throughout the process regarding her concerns on any potential home we looked at such as busy streets, nearby schools, etc. She was also always punctual and very patient with us. Our experience with Christine So was one of the most pleasant real estate transactions ever! She always listened to our needs and guided us in the right direction.
